Reputation

Redvers is a Templar who's most recently fought as part of the reformed Templar Order under Divine Beatrix. Prior to that he was involved with the Inquisition (as part of the mass of Templars who maintained some of their previous structure in its service) and fought in the Mage/Templar War. Among his colleagues in all of those capacities he's generally regarded as being competent, honest, and kind of a hard-ass.

Prior to the Mage/Templar War, he split his time between the Starkhaven Circle (when it wasn't on fire) and tracking down mages in the Free Marches. To the extent he was known for anything among mages, it would probably be being a stern presence who'd joke around with other Templars but not with them, who didn't cut them any slack or seem moved by even very good excuses for bent rules, but who was fairly polite about it and shut down misbehavior from his peers when he saw it.
